Event Manager- An appointed event manager by Melodia is responsible for resource management, financial planning and budgeting, trouble shooting and liaison. The event manager and coordinator remain contactable throughout the planning and execution phases of the event.

Venue, decorations and catering- The venue being an important choice, some of the best and prestigious venues are available within our network. According to your budgetary constraints, we will provide a list of venues for you to choose from. Where required, we will set up stages and customized floors for the event. The decorations will be versatile, either traditional flower arrangements or trendy lighting.

Transport, logistics, equipment and other services- We arrange to transport guests from locations of their choices. We arrange city tours and guides. We have at our disposal some of the latest sound, lighting systems and equipment to appeal the audience.
