Our roots are from our parents who started a catering service in 1999. A-la-carte prepares food to please your taste buds with the freshness of time. In 2010 we gave our service a name and it is called as Banana leaf A-la-carte. We cater 8000 people per day with a team of 20 staffs spread across Cochin and Kottayam.

We specialise in Arabian and Malabar Biriyani, with the authentic blend of spices from India. We believe in creating a moment on that particular day with the timeliness is the most important. Over 16 years we have catered to thosands of weddings, cultural organisational events and more.
